Hi, I’m Katelin;
a senior UX/UI designer.
I help companies to design intuitive SaaS platforms, apps and websites.
I have over 10 years’ experience as a UX/UI designer and altogether over 16 years of broader business experience through my previous career as a lawyer.
Using a human centred design approach, I enjoy solving complex design challenges, making insight led design decisions, based on latest best practice, delivering seamless experiences to customers.
I am experienced with working in an agile environment, working closely with product and engineering teams. I design for accessibility and enjoy working on a project from end-to-end.
My skills
User Research
I make insight led design decisions by gathering data through research, both moderated and unmoderated, and I embrace a user-centered design approach by continuously testing and iterating my designs.
UX/UI Design
I solve complex design challenges by translating insights and user feedback into user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences.
Project Leadership
I facilitate workshops, defining clear goals and connecting the right people to the challenge. I lead teams in asking the right questions and deliver great experiences through research & design.

I was engaged as lead UX/UI designer to evaluate the UX of the VA Business Flyer online booking portal and Velocity rewards platform
Endeavour Group
I was engaged as senior UX/UI designer to work on a new member loyalty app for ALH, preparing various user testing and user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
Expedo – HR SaaS Product
I was engaged as senior UX/UI designer to evaluate the UX of various aspects of the worker and HR onboarding journey and worked on a greenfield project for an e-learning and contract creation platform.
